These cooking demonstrations served more than just entertainment. They provided attendees with a practical demonstration of how readily available organic ingredients can be transformed into delicious and satisfying meals. Whether a seasoned chef or a home cook seeking healthier options, the demonstrations offered inspiration and showcased the versatility of organic produce in creating mouthwatering dishes.

Participants embarked on guided tours exploring seven distinct thematic gardens cultivated at OARDEC namely: aromatic garden, medicinal garden, organic vegetable garden, organic soil amendments, integrated crop-animal system, agroforestry, and kids’ garden. These immersive experiences provided participants with a practical understanding of organic agriculture. By witnessing these diverse practices firsthand, the fair empowered individuals to explore sustainable solutions for their own gardens and farms.
